Who are we?
Tulum in Noordwijk is a beach club that is well known among influencers in the Netherlands and can no longer be missed in Noordwijk. What few people know is that we started out as an event only location in the first season. Afterwards, after some pop-up restaurant evenings, we decided to become a restaurant as well. But we can't let go of event life completely and we certainly wouldn't want to. The case is made for events, as are the staff. We all love a party. We are now looking for someone who wants to organize these parties and events and turn the whole thing upside down. At Tulum, people rent the entire business and they are often large events. No party is the same and no day is the same for you. You work together with party-loving staff of ours and often the event ends in a party after cleaning up for you.

The duties of our event manager
X Make arrangements to show people the case. Tulum is made for events so you can offer (almost) everything. Please no more circus animals, one tiger is enough.
X Deceiving the paparazzi, we sometimes have events where the paparazzi are in the dunes.
X Renovate the tent for the events and then gladly bring Tulum back to all its restaurant glory.
X Prepare and discuss quotations
X Answering emails and phone calls on a daily basis, people have the most diverse questions.
X You can be present at the parties and make sure everything is run smoothly
X You are also actually the boss of the events, so you have organizational tasks such as making worksheets and scheduling your favorite staff.

Who are we looking for?
X Someone who enjoys being there a lot and working with many different people. We'll keep you busy.
X Someone who likes to run and organize an event at their own location from start to finish.
X Someone who is the contact person for everything that happens in and around the events. So enjoy fun and lots of contact with people.

This is a full-time position with flexible hours. In addition to the scheduled hours (parties and weddings), you can enter your working hours yourself. May, June, July, the end of August and September are the busiest months and you will therefore be on location a lot!
